The Quaich originated in the Scottish Highlands
centuries ago and became the favorite drinking cup
throughout Scotland. Traditionally, the Quaich is
used when offering a guest “the cup of welcome” and
again when offering the farewell or parting drink.
Perfect to use as a traditional Scottish Toasting Glass
to share between the bride and groom.
Dimensions of 3.5” diameter bowl on a rosewood
wide mount. Inscribed with gaelic toasts,
“Slainte Mhath” (Your very good health) and
“Sguab as e” (Polish it off)
